  • Residency or Critical Feedback Program Private Studio Contract (6 month commitment)(acceptance required/6 month commitment)

2. Preferred Payment Form

Download your preferred payment form, select how you’d like to pay, sign and return via email to: info@brookylnartspace.org (There are four ways to make payments: ACH (no fee), Check ($7 fee), Cash (no fee- drop off at 850 3rd Ave to the blue box outside the office), and Credit Card (3% fee))

3. Emergency Contact

Download your Emergency form, select how you’d like to pay, sign and return via email to: info@brookylnartspace.org

After submitting these three items and paying your invoice, you will get access to your studio!
