The Fine Print:
Trestle is a quiet workspace. We are not suitable for artists that need to take calls or host client/collaborator meetings (other than the occasional one).
We do not allow practices that are especially noisy or use strong smelling materials.
Initial payment of first month and security deposit (equal to one month) are required to sign up for membership.
Memberships require a three-month contract after which time membership is offered on a month-to-month basis.
All contracts have a 3% annual increase.
30 days written notice is required to terminate membership.
